Lebron is deadly when driving so sagging off can be a better pill to swallow; even when open, he drains better than Kobe. The argument that you are trying to make is nonexistent and frankly worthless

Lebron is the smarter player and thus takes better shots and has a higher percentage. Kobe is a better shooter BUT he took so many dumb shots that it jacked up his percentage.

Based on watching them both their whole careers. Kobe was a really good shooter and took tough shots because of that fact. He always had defense hovering over him.
I will say its possible that Bron might be the better overall shooter in this late part of his career because he's shooting, taking and making harder shots now than he was in previous seasons.
People still pretending Lebron is a good shooter when he barely took any jumpshots in the playoffs 
Why do you credit him for taking tough shots instead of being critical of him doing so? Especially when the bulk of his career was spent on talented teams expected to compete for rings? You say that he took tough shots because he was a good shooter, but the truth is Kobe never shot above 47% for a season in his career. Even playing along a prime Shaq who routinely garnered double and triple teams.
