i lterally fell off a cliff about 20ft. landed all my weight on my right foot on a rock. and fell in a river..

hiking near lake tahoe.. i had to swim about 1000yards before i could make it to a bank where i could crawl out..

literally could not walk at all foot festroyed..

my phone was dead from the water in the river.. i was hiking alone

waa almost 3hours before sumone found me.. got helicoptered to a hospital

was in a wheelchair where i couldnt walk at all for a year.. then crutches.. then a cane..

still have limited mobility cant run or jog jump etc.. ..
