I’ve watched the clip a dozen times. It’s not even like Bron SHOVED him in mid air to warrant that type of reaction. He had his hands there bracing for a poster which Joel more than easily could has done. He had the elevation and extension with the ball to flush it down but he felt the contact from Gasol and Bron and was fishing for the call. Nothing more nothing less. He’s done it before where he doesn’t finish plays because he’s looking for the whistle. Joel is a bytch and this whole thing is overblown.

Nah. He barely extended his arms out. It definitely wasn't a "push". The response to this is 100% due to Embiid's reaction, who is a known flopper. I can understand the refs giving it a flagrant 1 (because the player in the air is vulnerable), but a flagrant 2 and an ejection would've been laughably soft.
