how is the podcast brehs :lupe:

Great I am learning a lot and I am not a casual. Really bringing good perspective to plays during the game and other types of stories.

The only ppl hating on it are those who want fluff Gilbert Arenas, KG Paul Pierce type barbershop shyt talking hot takes that any regular non-NBA player can come up with.

Didn't know Marcin Gortat out of all ppl had a play named after him. Really insightful stuff that I wasn't and most fans were not privy to.

He didn’t need to be 10x better, they were beating the breaks off the Mavs before his MENTAL collapse

Why openly lie?

They only won the first game by 8 despite Dallas shooting just 37% from the field and Miami having one of their hottest 3pt games of the year (Bron was 4-5, Wade was 2-4, Chalmers was 3-7, Miller was 2-4).

They lost Game 2 by 2 even though Mavs still only shot 6-17 from 3pt.

They won Game 3 on a last second shot despite the Mavs still shooting just 40%.

There was no point in the series where they were "beating the breaks off the Mavs". They struggled to score against the Mavs from the start and only stayed in games with their defense. Once the Mavs got hot from the field they didn't have a clear path to outscoring them. Game 4 they could have stolen if Bron had played better, but Games 5-6 they got wiped out by the outside shooting.

Gonna start seeing more Gortat screens during pickup games now :lolbron:

That's a cool clip. I'm pretty sure that I first remember Bron doing that "hostage dribble" against the Raptors in the 2018 ECSF and it makes the defender look completely helpless. I didn't realize how dependent playing out the drive was on the big setting a certain type of screen.

Y’all gotta stop the cap in this thread. What’s so fascinating about this?

The most unstoppable play is a basic pick and roll where instead of the roll man rolling to basketball he run blocks the rim protector
