why do some of these 40 year old actresses look better than many 20 year old hoodrats... because they take care of themselves...

I just turned 32 this month, i been boxing for 23 odd years, I bump into guys that I went to school with and they are shocked that I still look the same while many of them are Larry holmes status....much as I would like to say its down to my genes its because i dont put junk in my body smoke drink excessively and i exercise...

rather than look for someone young you should look for a woman that exercises and is eating right , its as simple as that.....and you guys should be doing the same thing
