you shouldnt be surprised....they've made iron man the center of the marvel movie universe.....which was done cause of them not having rights to some of the other main characters....
it's also the reason why marvel doing so much re-tooling with their comics...they making bank from the movies, so now they finna tie all they comics to the movie universe, and not the other way around....that's why fantastic four got cancelled, x-men getting the short end of the stick, etc....they dont own those rights, so they saying fukk them in the comics....

It really ain't that big of a deal. There's like 20 different ultrons or something like that. I do remember one that was made from Stark's old armor so Pym could still get credit for creating the a.i. and Stark basically providing the body for it inadvertently.
