I agree with you as far as the high percentage of users is concerned but the 22+ thing is a little silly. You can make significant gains in your 20's, even if you've never lifted before (actually more so). Your test levels are still pretty much as high as they'll ever be (or they should be unless you have extremely subpar genetics).
