and you're a racist douchebag southerner who pretends to be from up north
What little journalistic integrity MSNBC had left has just been chucked in the bushes. I hope Lawrence O'Donnell is happy with his network's total transformation into a less professional FOXNews.
They're still more professional than Fox News. Fox is the antithesis of journalistic professionalism. MSNBC still has a ways to go to reach that point.
Nope.
Lawrence O'Donnell took MSNBC careening over the edge of journalistic hackery and unless you can find a clip of Greta Van Sustern fingering herself to a photo of Sarah Palin or something equally as disastrous, MSNBC is now a far bigger joke than Fox.
Even that maniac Glenn Beck at his douchiest was never as unprofessional and embarressing as O'Donnell is in that clip.
So one person on MSNBC doing something ridiculous now surpasses the ridiculousness of O'Reilly, Hannity, the entire Fox and Friends cast, Ann Coulter, John Gibson, etc? All of these people have done and said things on the same level as O'Donnell (including specific violent threats like this one, in some cases) on a regular basis for over a decade. I don't know how you came to the conclusion that one moronic O'Donnell segment outweights the entire history of Fox's cast of clowns, but it's outlandish.
Olbermann did not accuse Hillary of wishing an assassination attempt on Obama, stop it. I agree that his "special comment" was stupid, dramatic, and way over-the-top, but he was basically chiding her for even floating the idea that Obama could be assassinated with the RFK comparison. You're doing the same thing you're dissing MSNBC for by distorting the comment and claiming he said she wished Obama was assassinated.O'Donnell has been a clown since day one (he actually said that mentioning Obama playing golf was a racist attempt to tie Obama to Tiger Woods' sex scandal), Chris Matthews threw objectivity out the window in 2007, Martin Bashir says insane shyt daily, Mika Bryzenski gets texted talking points from the Obama Admin live during Morning Joe, that show with Toure is an absolute partisan joke, Keith Olbermann accused Hillary Clinton of wishing an assassination attempt on Obama during their Primary.
And they gave Al Sharpton a daily show.
How exactly is MSNBC supposedly any less ridiculous than FOXNews again?

It's less of a joke because despite everything you've listed above, some of which is exaggerated, MSNBC is still not completely an organon of the Democratic party, and furthermore, doesn't completely resort of full-on fabrication on a daily basis. Being partisan isn't the only thing we're comparing here. No network in the history of news has ever engaged in as much pure fabrication and dishonesty as Fox News in the last decade or so. MSNBC is still playing catch up.
I agree with everything you said, except that bolded. I think that was true 3 or 4 years ago, but now MSNBC has pretty much become kind of an operational arm for the DNC in many respects. They were directly involved in organizing for the Wisconsin protests for example. They went from being just a cable news network with a clear liberal leaning to just straight up shilling for the Democratic party no matter what in last couple of years. They got rid of Cenk Uygur because he criticized Obama hard, and replaced with with Al Sharpton, who basically says we just need to support Obama no matter what.
MSNBC still doesn't just make shyt up and blatantly lie anywhere NEAR the way Fox does though.
