i told yall before. I know that family before the new ball boys were a hot ticket.I know their uncles, and lavar was just like this with them trying to make them the best ballers. They didnt love the game like that. they were very good at a young age but the desire started to fall off. the uncles were built more like gelo than lamelo and zo. real big strong dudes with jumpers even before the 3 ball became so sexy.
Lavar has always been the same. When magic met him, he was at home with his wife and kids. he cooked them some breakfast. lavar has never said he doesnt do his father duties or help out around the house. he never made that statement.
The ball boys worked out like they usually do and other kids that lavar was training in the area worked out with them like normal. thats what magic talked about. he realized how genuine lavar was. its not that he's two different people. it's the questions you're asking him when he gets on these shows. you ask him anything and he'll answer it. You see him on his show with his wife after the stroke? He's not a loud mouth 24/7. no one is. No one is all one person all the time. You think magic didnt ask him not to do that? of course he did. but he did it anyway. why? he's a grown a... man. if you ask, he will answer. but his answer was as usual lost on most people. he was specifically talking about how he use to ask his boys the same question about him when they were losing a game or games. he would say "maybe yall dont want to play for me anymore." and see how they respond. They would then step it up and show him they did want to play for him. and thats exactly what the lakers did for luke. You have to pay attention to what the mans is saying. Some stuff is all for jokes. But other stuff is a plan he's setting out there for himself and his family. while also talking about his philosophy on basketball. he really has his own style and take on how the game should be played.it doesnt make it right or wrong. its like MDA from houston has always had his own way of playing and so did phil jackson.
