Hmm wonder which cities are hotbeds. I could imagine Houston being up there but I think many races are affected there too

Articles detailing spikes in HIV transmission and AIDS diagnoses are published regularly and are fairly accurate.

Unfortunately, African-Americans still face a disproportionate transmission and diagnosis rate - in part due to failing medical systems and stigma around testing for the disease itself.
