I'm no fool or oblivious to racism exhibited by Latinos towards Black Americans, but we also need to specify which ones are showcasing these attitudes since “Latino” is a very broad term and White Latinos (of European descent) and Black Latinos (African descent) are two very different subcultures and lifestyles of Latin heritage.
