Cuban and Venezuelan citizens abhor the left. They will not be committed to Democrats. The other Latinos at the border? Saw a surge in those same Cubans and Venezuelans coming through in masse. The irony is that Mexican immigration has tanked the last decade, and theyre seeing the others come across. So they wanted a stronger border policy. A ton of Mexicans came in illegally sure. But 2 or 4 generations of voting Democrats later. They started to resent the handouts given to current migrants. Something their parents and grand parents didnt get the benifit of. I live in Texas. Literally overnight we saw Cubans driving fancy cars, and splurging at Malls. Mexicans saw this everywhere here.
