A long time ago, I was in the countryside of Manoguyabo in DR. A spot so deserted, you know you were out of the city once the road got bumpy and unpaved. I was there the whole day, bored as fukk, no TV, no Internet, no phone, no game boy, nothin. Just me, some cows, some goats, and some old ass relatives doing rain dances and shyt. Sunny ass day, they started chanting and singing like this song
Their voices and some hand made drums. It went from 91 and sunny to flash flood within 30 minutes of them singing. Spookiest shyt I ever saw.

The cool thing is that those artists for the most part will do big ass shows in DR yet they come to NY and they'll perform at your local Caridad Restaurant.
