Oh I'm aware, hence the j/k
A long time ago, I was in the countryside of Manoguyabo in DR. A spot so deserted, you know you were out of the city once the road got bumpy and unpaved. I was there the whole day, bored as fukk, no TV, no Internet, no phone, no game boy, nothin. Just me, some cows, some goats, and some old ass relatives doing rain dances and shyt. Sunny ass day, they started chanting and singing like this song
Their voices and some hand made drums. It went from 91 and sunny to flash flood within 30 minutes of them singing. Spookiest shyt I ever saw.
bruh...I know this is gonna be a wild ask...but can one of my Dominican brehs help me ID a song title...
I THINK it's Raulin Rodriguez, but I could be wrong. It's a Bachata with a LOOOOOONG ass guitar rif in the middle that gets progressively higher in pitch...
It's not Medicina de Amor but it sounds like that era...it might be Luis Vargas too, man iono. I just wanna hear that guitar!
Luis Vargas - Loco De Amor ?

I'm now a big fan of latin music. Salsa dancing with Colombian women while high and drunk.
Gonna miss Colombia
Nah... Very diverse actually. I was surprised to see Colombians LOVE dancehall. You had A LOT of American songs playing in taxis and other places. Even trap music especially in certain clubs. Now obviously most of the music was traditional Colombian genres and reggaeton but diverse. The reggaeton was actually good. I liked the traditional Colombian genres more so tho.How was the musical diversity when you were over there? Is nothing but reggaeton for the most part?
