And even Little Village. Properties so cheap in Englewood, and the Mexicans have ways to buy properties even though they may not be legal. These are the ppl you see working construction etc. They make decent enough money to be able to afford a house, but like you said not in the neighborhoods where they were renting (Pilsen, Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Little Village etc etc).




In many of the s. suburbs your property tax bill will be higher than your mortgage. This is because like you said, the tax base has been destroyed w/o growth in businesses etc. These areas used to be booming when the factories etc in that area were up and running. But once they went out of business or moved away, the government (which is corrupt as fukk) could only keep increasing property taxes to fund itself. Water bill same story - they would get water from Chicago and sell it to their residents. But residents don't have money and didn't pay, but obviously Chicago isn't just going to cut off the spigot. Now places like Harvey have tens of millions in debt for unpaid water bills smh.

It is high and low key. Crete dont got the bullshyt like that. It wasn't until 2004 when my walking ass down Sauk Trail from the train station kinda understood what them burbs was on. Thought them shyts was black with money. Yes and no. South Holland community of churches decent. shyt really depends but not really lol.

Streets always hot. Now personally it depends on who you with and who you know I guess. They not solid. I would never leave somebody out there like that but that's that game.

Smh. I feel the way I feel for a reason when it comes to carjacking and deaths in the Chicagoland. shyt sounds harsh but I know nikkas don't and wont give a fukk. This is why I don't chill with random people. Your guy cool with this random nikka? We got a great hub for nikkas to chill and not be on bs but the game is the game
