LATE PASS: San Andreas is the most ridiculously unrealistic movie in cinematic history

brehs I'm watching San Andreas via Plex on the Roku and this fukking movie has to be the biggest insult to movie watchers intelligence ever. Only reason I wanna finish watching this shyt is just to see how this Sutter-esque fukkery ends.

This movie literally proves one thing. And it's that the Rock can fukking sell anything.

A two year old could watch this shyt and start pointing out how the shyt portrayed in this movie literally defies physics.

And what's with this recent (within the last 5 years) trend of movies where an entire large American city gets flat out destroyed in like 1 day. You see this in the Avengers, Superman, etc

I'm sure there's already a San Andreas thread but the fukkery I'm seeing literally has me

After he stole the helicopter I stopped giving a fukk. I had to turn my off brain or I would have spent the whole movie like "does he realize this is just a earthquake and not a global catastrophe?"

the only thing in the movie that made me was when his ex's boyfriend went fromt "i'm getting you help" to " i'm getting the fukk outta here" in a flash.

I turned it off about an hour in because I wasn't paying attention anyway, but I might give it another shot for fukkery purposes alone.

Seems like Dwayne accepts every script that shows up at his doorstep for a paycheck, his filmography is trash, IMO.
He keeps getting work because he is a decent actor and he's loved by everyone.
