I still say they get to Abby in the theatre..I wonder how many tv-only viewers will pick up on the "Ellie is a liar" bit and connect it with her saying the last time she spoke to Joel was the NYE "fight".
Craig Mazin out here making me feel bad about these deviant SeraphitesI wonder how long they are going to take to make people realize there are no "good sides" in TLOU world (wel,, except Jackson I guess). When people see them cruficing and gutting people for ther Prophet...
For a second there I wondered if they were going to throw away the Dina pregnancy story, but they are certainly going with it. I hope they are able to execute it well enough.
I'm really curious as to when they place the season finale. From the trailers we know Ellie gets to Nora, maybe it ends with a post-torture, trembling Ellie saying she knows were Abby is?![]()
Thing is, if they get to Abby at the theater, do we even get Abby's POV for season 3? I don't think most TV watchers will give a fukk about her journey by that point. Having to wait another 2 years and spending half the season with Abby's struggle after she shot up Tommy and left Ellie and Dina all fukked up would get more backlash than the gameI still say they get to Abby in the theatre..
Trailers often only touch like half a season in the beginning
Yeah, it seems Mazin decided to leave Tommy out of the revenge vortex of the story (he doesn't hint that it's a swerve in the podcast either). Which is a pretty big decision, though I kinda appreciate it because I did not need Tommy to end up the bitter, miserable old man he becameDid I miss something. Did they show Tommy go out to seek his own revenge too? In playing the game one of the scenes that showed how Ellie was lost in bloodlust was when she has to make a choice between going with Jesse to save Tommy or to continue pursuing Abby. That's one of my only complaints if they deviate from the game and remove that choice.
