It's a black owned bar in Bedford Stuyvesant; there aren't any cacs hanging around there as far as I know.

The bar in general. Having been too many you eventually start to meet certain types of characters that make you not want to go to the bar.

I was speaking from a personal experience

Anywhere people can get drunk can eventually become a liability if you arent known.

But if you could find a nice bar home that remains level-headed more power to you
