A lot of y’all might disagree

But I feel Mudiay is just as talented and has just as much potential as DSJ

DSJ is the better Athlete. But Mudiay has the better B-Ball IQ and vision. It could be due to this being his 5th yr. but he’s only 22.

DSJ is under contract so I know that’s the route we’re going.

Will we win another game this season?

:lupe:

BTW...I’m feeling much better about the draft because I now want Barrett over Zion (since if he weighs that much on a college budget, just imagine how fat he’ll get once he’s eating at Clyde’s Wine & Dine every night...

Just because you said that we’re getting Reddish or Langford.

I was perplexed these last couple of days because I thought I remembered people saying DSJ is trash on D.

But, now I'm remembering that the real knock on him was staying motivated to play D.

He has certain instincts that tell me he can svoid being a full liability on D.

This week, he was motivated because he's playing on the team he desired.

I'm rooting for him to just keep up the same energy into next year - it'll be hard because playing even half a season for a bottom feeder team like this can sap away energy and motivation.

I'd rather gamble on DSJ at point and acquire a KD & someone not named Kyrie. Jot saying I'd be mad at signing Kyrie, though.

This will be an interesting off-season, regardless.:ehh:

As crazy as it sounds, I"m finally seeing what others have from week 1... The biggest potential barrier to whether we sign people isn't Dolan...

It's whether nikkas really think Fiz can coach instead of just liking the breh because he's just cool people.

nikka is looking suspect every game with this "no semblance of structure" offensive basketball we are seeing.

shyt is really unsightly.

I feel like DSJ is a great piece behind a Kyrie more than a Kyrie replacement. Kyrie's knees scare me, but healthy he is a top 5 pg and can get his points against almost anyone. DSJ off the bench could be lethal.

Now imagine a defender dealing with DSJ once Kyrie sits. It's not a bad look. Hell its better than Rozier who is more a 3 pt threat than an attacking pg. it might also let the Knicks not have to play Kyrie heavy minutes until the playoffs.

The kids staying competitive is also a good look, they just need stars to push them to winning.

@ikbm cosign, you've got me convinced.
:dame: about what
edit: lack of structure? yeah, theres very little discipline or obvious direction of what we want offensively.
it's just about letting your lead guard free wheel :snoop:
and if the lead guard is having a bad/mediocre game...which is roughly 80 percent of the time we arent winning shyt.

My bad.

I'm tweaking; I meant @Wargames.

But, cosign what you're saying.
