Frank showing why he’s our starting pg, he’s got the tools and showing that he knows how to use em. Defense on point as always too, he out he strangling dudes like he from Boston:russ:
Even when he's scared to play offense, Frank is still better at running the offense and organizing play than all our other PGs. Which says more about our other point guards :francis:

It's only pre-season but Burke trying to play a traditional point guard role neuters :dame: what he's good at doing. Trier is not a point guard, Trier and Burke together (especially with THJR on the floor) is a shyt show. Mudiay is just sad at this point. Ron Baker is not a point guard. And Courtney Lee is a way better shooting guard than all of them.

But the thing that annoys me the most about Burke/Mudiay/Trier is that they don't give Knox the ball. He's completely frozen out of the offense. Remember how Porzingis couldn't get the ball first two years :hhh: Brandon Jennings was the only one passing him the ball.

So is this Lee injury real or this neck strain serious??? :dame:
Team clearly misses another vet on the floor.

Most likely starting lineup against the Hawks:
Burke
Hardaway
Knox
Thomas
Kanter

My preferred ten man rotation
Starters:
Ntilikina
Hardaway
Knox
Thomas
Kanter

Bench:
Burke
Trier
Lee
Hezonja
Vonleh/Kornet/Robinson???

That first unit is gonna have tough time scoring without one of Hardaway or Burke on the floor. Need another ball handler on the floor in the lineup.
As for the bench, Hezonja played his best basketball as a small ball four in Orlando. One of Baker or Trier at the two. Vonleh's not a four in the modern NBA unless he suddenly develops a three point, mobility to guard fours and post game to punish smaller papers on him. Robinson might spent some time in the G League. The team shoots threes at a higher frequency whenever Kornet is on the floor. Vonleh has been the most impressive as the back-up five though.

I like Frank and Hardaway starting in the backcourt

Im starting to lean more towards the majority opinion that we get a top 3 to 5 pick, which doesnt bother me. I just thought we might be a little better then some expected

I thought Knox would be able to get buckets more consistently. Looks like Timmy and Kanter might be leading the team in points scored
