I don't give a shyt if the trade involves Noah and Timmy, I don't want to trade for Jimmy and win 30 games this season and lose our chance of getting a top 5 pick. If he wants to sign as a Free Agent as the end of the season, then cool or do a sign and trade cool. But not yet, I want Reddish, Barrett or Zion on this team with Knox and KP for the next 7-10 years.

Alright...so Mills laid down the law literally right before this news drops. He just let these dudes know that the Knicks are driving a hard bargain. Let's hope he holds to that. There are circumstances where I do a Butler trade, but they're completely unrealistic. Minne could be in a rush...might as well go full Danny Ainge on it. Offer them nothing and act like you're doing them a favor.

we dont have to send trash
we dont need tim or his contract if we have butler. so send tim (who fits with what they are doing anyway) and send thomas who is a solid vet we need to move on from.
mayb a second rounder too. this move helps us even if butler leaves in free agency. anything more and it isnt worth it
