If they waive Noah today, the Knicks will pay for his last two years remaining on his contract and it will count (at around $8 million) against the Knicks cap for the next five years. If they waive him tomorrow, his 2018-2019 salary will be fully guaranteed this yead and in the following year, the Knicks have to pay a little over $6 mill for the next three years.
