Burke and Knox will score an easy 60 pts, add KP to the mix and that's 80 points on a starting team, if Timmy is hot, it's a wrap. Frank is a good defender, he might get 10 to 15 pts but he's shutting down whomever.
Lol you over the top sometimes breh. Lebron and wade in their prime together weren’t averaging 60pts a game. Hell curry and KD ain’t doing it either.

But you expect burke/knox to average 60 a game and go down as the greatest duo of all time

I think Burke will be better off the bench to provide a spark.

I haven't been this hyped for a knicks season in a very long time so I am happy with whatever fitz decides and then criticize him later if he is wrong :hubie:
Nah. Timmy should be providing that spark. In Atlanta that’s what he was a gunner, bench spark.

Trey is a P&R maestro, an isolation threat, a good C&S guy off-ball with Frank, he can control the pace of a game. He showed tremendous poise and get to his spots at will whether penetrating the paint or getting to midrange sweet spots. He has the best handles on the roster and nice court vision. He should be starting.

I think I want to see Robinson starting at the 4 with KP at the 5.

That close out and block on the open 3 showed me that he is way more agile then KP has ever shown.

If we are talking about a switch and it's either KP or a developed MilkNCookies... I'm choosing mitch

Was thinking the same thing....

Trey Burke and Frank Ntilikina is the prototypical offense/defense backcourt

Think Isaiah Thomas and Avery Bradley and Allen Iverson and Eric Snow

That works with Frank/THJ too though. I think Frank's defense makes him a lock with one of the two and that they'll compete for the scoring Guard role. But THJ has a handicapped edge having that large contract versus Burke's expiring bird rights. I don't think Burke definitely comes off the bench, but I think the circumstances have aligned to make it harder for him to break in than THJ or Frank...but that might be to his advantage. Burke/Knox/THJ/Kanter (prolly) is a lot of offensive players to take shots. But the second unit will have plenty of shots and opportunities available...Burke/Robinson PnR off the bench would be fun to watch too.
