It’s only one game though, let’s all just enjoy this as Knicks fans.

But if they keep it up, I don’t know how long we gonna keep the peace:mjlit:

franks bb iq particularly on the defensive end is :wow:especially for his age
I honestly think he thinks too much which gets his ass lost in the shuffle offensively...you can see the wheels turning in his blank ass face :mjlol:
when he lets his instincts take hold he'll be fine.
plays to the baseline cause if he gets beat the other way he knows he has help
lateral movement combined with length and knowing the personnel :wow:
You dont get to see this particular skillset very often cause the game has shifted away from isolation play with a few exceptions (rockets) and even when they iso it usually includes a pick to create a switch
if frank was drafted in 2000...we'd hail him as a stopper :hubie:

so is KP still a project right now?
i need clarification lol
KP was not treated like a project in any sense of the word
he started right away.
scouts and "experts" said he was a project, they are wrong all the time
Let me ask you a question. Is the KP that plays today the same KP that we had as a rookie, or did he add to his game? Another question, all of the weaknesses that he had prior to being in the NBA...were they still weaknesses as a rookie? So even though he played good enough to start in his rookie season, it's fair to say the Knicks still needed to work on him to be better. He still had room to improve to lead our franchise. Or do you think the Knicks knew from day one he would be an All Star calibre player. shyt, we didn't think he was ready to be the face of the franchise when last year started.

A project is a player who isn't where you want him to be physically and/or skill wise when you draft him. That doesn't make a project a bum.
