I'm going to need someone to sign Mudiay ASAP before we do something stupid :damn:
Forreal. You know Fiz in Pills ears like
“Mudiay is the missing piece, we developed him last year and it’s time to finish the job”

Am i the only one that sees the lgbnets as a very good team but not a championship team? :francis:

Their foundation is very shaky. Irving's never played a full 82 and has already had 3 surgeries on his knees(and apparently is a huge weirdo). KD, no need to discuss that with the achilles', it's been talked about ad nauseam.

They've got a nice squad but I need to see Durant come back and play at a high level before I put them over the Sixers and Bucks

Preserve 2021 cap space to try again, add a vet leader big who can stretch things a bit and a productive PF who's still young. I'm not the biggest Randle fan, but for just 2 years guaranteed I'm fine giving him that shot. Taj Gibson is a presence we could really use in the locker room. 2 year deals are where it's at. Now what I'd like to see is if Kawhi goes elsewhere which wouldn't be a shock, the Knicks should use some of their leftover cap space to pick up an unwanted contract and some assets. That'd be a good offseason to me. You don't have full control over other people's decisions; but picking up a young promising guy, some leadership and an additional asset or two would be staying the course and following through on promises...I can dig that.

Levert may be a wild card. Pre-injury he was really promising and he seemed like he was getting some of that back as things progressed in the season.

Breh I think everyone of us had tempered expectations when it came to free agency. I don’t think you’d find any of us bragging about how we were gonna get everyone but that’s how the coli looks at it.
Definitely not bragging but I do recall a few of us believing it was a sure thing

I'll rather pay more money for veteran leadership than keep on signing these 'reclamation projects'.

That shyt almost never works, just because they were a 3rd or 5th pick doesn't mean they're good. It means someone fukked up by drafting them so high.

Also these 1 year deals to players in their prime, so they can inflate their stats on a bad team in order to get a contract, is also a recipe for a disaster.

Sign players that knows their role and can actually tech youth something and hold them accountable.
