They’re perfect for each other. Knox is best off-ball coming off screens and has a quick trigger and pure shot. R.J. can handle in P&R’s and create for himself and others.

It’s more about not picking RJ and the best player that fits on the Knicks based on what they need and what team they’ll have to surround their pick.
RJ would be better for a team with no expectations that needs scoring and has no primary option or point guard issues

It's not about how good he is, it's about what is good for our team. We need a defensive scoring point/shooting guard if we're trying to get KD/Kawhi or Kemba/Kyrie. RJ might actually be better on LA with LeBron because he'll be a blackhole on our offense. We have enough scorers as it is, ironically. You really think ISO Zo and RJ will play well together or Cam's defense leading to fast breaks to Zo, Knox, Mitch?

Teams best defenders are rarely the best scorer cause that isn't their focus, All Frank needs is to be able to shoot the open 3 and if he does that, we'll be good.
If anything the knicks need a PF who can score when open and scare dudes.
