Apparently, Slumpy D started to self-snitch on himself with books as soon as Greg Kalding put out on interviews. This fool thought the clout of being 2pac's killer would make him a "legend". How delusional.
Keefe D was the one who gave his nephew Orlando the gun. Orlando popped the shots. Orlando got popped a year later after the incident. All the people in the car are dead except for Keefe.
Why wasn't Keefe D indicted before? Keefe D was on a proffer agreement. A proffer agreement is written contract between a federal prosecutor and a defendant, or a person under criminal investigation, where the defendant agrees to provide the prosecutor with useful information.
