Yup most men the older you are the more money you make, you can have kids at any age. Plus as well most men you can always date younger.
I'm 37 and in the past years I've been out with chicks as young as 24. I would never date a woman my age.

That is the actual truth about being with a “HVM” which is why I always say most of these women don’t know WTF they are getting into, and why certain girls raised in certain families are built for that lifestyle.
And why some run away from it.
There are plenty of sports wives who are absolutely fed up with their husbands, but they already knew what Larsa has just found out: you can’t really replace that type of man, unless you are actually on the same level.
Example, if Beyonce and JayZ split up tomorrow, she’s the type of entertainer who could just marry some billionaire from Europe or business magnate because although she’d be divorced w/kids, she is literally at the top of her career, still beautiful/fit, and is an asset to anyone. She wouldn’t have a problem.
Example: JLo. Marc Anthony, ARod, and Ben Affleck again (although he’s an obvious drunk, he’s still Ben Affleck)— all super successful men she dated/married as she got older.
If you aren’t an actual power couple, when you leave…you probably aren’t getting the same type of man. Now, I’m sure it happens, but that’s not customary. So you have to think about that.
