Looks like USC campus. I doubt the everyday kid would know to hang out there and wait for players. He's probably working for someone and I'm guessing Nance picked up on that.
That being said, I don't know why people are scared to just tell people no. Everyday people do this bullshyt too when they're asked for spare change or to buy some bullshyt girl scout cookies. Just man up and tell people no. Refusing to acknowledge someone's existence entirely is just cowardly.

They are only obligated to fulfill the contract they signed with the team. If that shyt don’t include mandatory autograph signings for every random ass kid that you come across then get off these nikkas dikks.

People actually think celebrities should be ready and willing to appease them on sight. Celebrities don't owe you an autograph or hello just because you spotted them in their everyday life.

The kid will laugh it off in a few years. And this story (thx to his mom posting it online) will go way longer than an autograph from Larry freaking Nance. Kid prob would have lost, trashed, or stored the autograph in his attic by college anyway.
