If it's a kid, yeah. It would have took him all of 3 seconds to sign his autograph, dap the kid and keep it moving. 30 seconds if the kid wanted a pic
I get NBA players have this happen to them everyday and if it's a grown ass adult, I wouldn't have mind the reaction but it's a kid. You gotta be a real dikk to just ignore a kid's request when you're an NBA player and most kids will never get the chance to ask for a autograph or meet their favorite player.

People actually think celebrities should be ready and willing to appease them on sight. Celebrities don't owe you an autograph or hello just because you spotted them in their everyday life.
