Its crazy how quickly he fell off? Was he injured or something to explain it?

He was never really 'on' to begin with. He is a serviceable center but not consistent enough for what he is getting paid. Him and Lance are eating off of those Miami series; they made them look better than they actually are. The Pacers organization has realized he is not going to live up to what they thought he could be and are ready to move on.

try to make the playoffs instead of tanking for okafor or towns when you have this big uncoordinated can't go more than two consecutive plays without falling down gangly fukk who you owe 15 million next season as your starting center and your best player is injured for the entire season brehs

the problem with the pacers, is their "star" player can barely run right now. and they maxed out hibbert, so it's highly unlikely he gets moved. especially since he has a team option for next season at the max salary, that I highly doubt he gives up.

Wow, not subtle in the least bit , they are basically begging him to turn down his player option

Interesting strategy ... :patrice:

only a fool turns down a max option for one year next year. then they can be a free agent when the salary cap hits $90M and collect another max deal just off being able to walk and chew gum simultaneously while being 7'2".

Missing the playoffs was a godsend for them, but they should have been in the 5-8 range, hopefully they can move up at like the Kings expense :russ:

Imagine if they were adding Russell, Mudiay, Winslow or Towns to their roster.
