U can actually get that brolic eating clean and such. Itll take a few years if training 5 days a week but it can be done. And smoke weed to remove water weight and good metabolism :sas2:

Because he has bodybuilder type muscles that aren't functional.

I'm actually surprised he can run as well as he does being that bulky, because he has a bunch of bodybuilder "hypertrophy" type muscle that doesn't help you move on the field.

there are a some dude that train for power and for look...I used to see guys who would do splits where some days were just functional / power training ( clean and jerks etc) and then other days for the looks ( bishes).....so he maybe one of them dudes....plus the added goodies to top it off

I always thought nfl ped testing was a joke. Though I understand why. If they really tested all nfl players randomly and consistantly we wouldn't have enough players for a full game:manny:

I remember i took a core training class at my gym. Brolic dudes like that couldnt do a sit up because they were too top heavy :heh:

Look at his legs theyre tiny as fukk :heh:

Its easy to knock someone over whos built huge up top with no leg strength

If thats true its prolly do more to the fact those guys dont work their core not because their to "top heavy"
