If we were only dealing with the original Covid or the other variants, we’d be nearly done with the pandemic and just at the endemic stage.

We need way more people vaccinated so that the damage from this thing isn’t where it’s at now. As it stands we are going to have places mandate masks until case loads get back below 15,000 a day and the ICUs aren’t filled.

enough is enough if it didnt work for 18 fukkin months, then its not gonna work now. the application of these rules is the most arbitrary, bullshyt ass thing ive ever seen in my life

and the worst part is that we aren't even being asked to work towards an actual goal. vaxxed percentage of the state? nope. date on the calendar? nope. nevada is masking up until our fat fukk governor rolls outta bed one day and changes his mind. im sorry that i take issue with that

It didn't work for 18mo because people weren't and still aren't respecting the entire pallet of keeping it safe. Had this not been politicized, we'd be in a better state.

I dunno about your state, but in Illinois the Governor has been clear on trying too get everyone vaccinated. That's the goal.
