na 183 in my name actually has nothing to do with a street, Iv lived all over the bronx tho.
dyre ave
241 white planes,
219 white planes,
the valley ( right up the block from co op)
169th and clay
and a bunch more places growing up.
I went to school and was cool with a bunch of dudes from 183rd and creston, most of them was stand up dudes, a few of them not so much.
I used to go to Church on White Plains Road, and I currently have a doctors office in that area on 233rd. I'm rarely over there though, just because the people I met who lived around there made me uncomfortable. I no longer go to church. Thinking of switching doctors.
Yeah the Creston people treated me very well growing up. I go to Monroe now, so i'm in that area more often. Fordham, Kingsbridge, and 183rd have some of the better food spots in the entire city in my opinion. Northeast Bronx is weak to me in terms of food. I still don't know exactly where the Valley is at, it's been explained to me thousands of times, it make no sense to me.
If i had my choice, I'd live in Parkchester or Pelham Parkway. Everyone claims there's nothing there and that they are boring. But that's okay, there's enough there and it's easy totravel.
