Man Ive been trying to get a permit legally since 7 weeks ago.I fukked up at first giving them an old phone # for my reference (did not know it was disconnected at the time) and forgetting to setup the voice mail to my newly purchased phone and got a letter a month ago informing me about this.

I left a voice mail a few weeks ago and still havent heard anything back. This week I plan on calling the Sarge and asking him whats up. This is getting ridiculous; having to wait 8 weeks for a 60 day permit then I have to visit some other "big heads" to get the permit.

I'll be damned if I dont get that permit, I spent a whole day at a pistol training class (over $100) and paid the city over $70 dollars just for an application and they got my figerprints. So Im making sure I get that permit.

I know this Sergent got my voice mail.

Yeah I know a cat that lowkey that could hook me up with a gun right now, but I really wanna get that permit first so I can ride with it everywhere I go. But im gonna try and go to a gun range in the meantime get some practice and training because I have no experience with guns.

As developments continue to unfold in the case of Michael Brown in St. Louis, details are emerging about the police shooting death of an unarmed, 24-year-old black man in South Los Angeles.

A vigil in response to the incident was scheduled for Tuesday evening in Los Angeles, said Officer Jane Kim, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department.

A woman who said she was the mother of the deceased told KTLA that the victim's name was Ezell Ford. The woman, who said her name is Tritobia Ford, told KTLA that her son was lying on the ground and complying with police commands when police shot him three times. She said police would give her no information about the shooting.

A man who identified himself as a cousin of Ezell Ford told KTLA that every police officer in the area knows that Ford had "mental problems" and "complications." The man told KTLA that police shot Ezell Ford in the back, and that when Ford's mother approached police asking for information, they pulled out billy clubs.
