it's not entirely our fault though. other communities have basic infrastructure in place where they own small markets, clothing shops, service companies.

if i want to get a bite to eat, i don't any black owned grocery stores or corner markets in the area. only time i can easily support black owned businesses is when i'm getting a haircut, or want some bbq or soul food. outside of that, there's not many black owned businesses in the area.

not that it can't change eventually, but it wont until we as blacks thrive to sell high end products instead of buy them from someone else.

That is why I :smh: @ rappers and athletes that refuse to open stores for their communities when they have the money to, but won't refuse to buy a 7-figure car from a European dealership. The black American community is fukked in the 21st century since so many black folk having babies with other races at a skyrocketing rate. Besides, other groups connect through NATIONALITY, while we try to connect to ethnicity. That is why Nigerians come here and be caking like crazy.

Yeah, that's right.......the police intentionally shot up the wrong truck, intentionally harmed innocent people and intentionally opened themselves up to lawsuits, being fired and possible prison time, all just to be violent for the sake of being violent and have everyone talk about it. And they did it during a manhunt. It's totally the same thing.

:russ: @ the bolded.

But I'm sure it's part of their training to do that kind of stuff. There's no excuse, that truck wasn't even the same color as the vehicle description, nor were the suspects even the same gender. All apart of their training it seems.

While traveling back to the station in a 12 passenger van I heard Magana refer to another individual as a ******. I wasn’t sure if I heard correctly as there were many conversations in the van that was compiled of at least 8 officers and he was sitting in the very rear and me in the very front. Even with the multiple conversations and ambient noise I heard Officer Magana call an indivdual a ****** again. Now that I had confirmed it, I told Magana not to use that word again. I explained that it was a well known offensive word that should not be used by anyone. He replied, “I’ll say it when I want”. Officer Burdios, a friend of his, also stated that he would say ****** when he wanted. At that point I jumped over my front passenger seat and two other officers where I placed my hands around Burdios’ neck and squeezed. I stated to Burdios, “Don’t fukking say that”. At that point there was pushing and shoving and we were separated by several other officers. What I should have done, was put a Winchester Ranger SXT 9mm 147 grain bullet in his skull and Officer Magana’s skull. The Situation would have been resolved effective, immediately. The sad thing about this incident was that when Detective Ty from internal affairs investigated this incident only (1) officer (unknown) in the van other than myself had statements constistent with what actually happened. The other six officers (John Carey, Gary Parker, Jacob Waks, Abraham Schefres and names I have forgotten) all stated they heard nothing and saw nothing. Shame on every one of you. Shame on Detective Ty (same ethnicity as Burdios) for creating a separate 1.28 formal complaint against me (Schefres complaint) in retaliation for initiating the complaint against Burdios and Magana.

:what: Your apologia is ridiculous. So because it wasn't intentional the police shouldn't be criticized? How callous and careless with public safety do you have to be, to shoot at vehicles that merely match a suspects description? Is this Iraq or Afghanistan where cars have to stop at checkpoints or risk being shot?

LOL if you think the cop's who did fire on the vehicle would get fired. I bet the number of LAPD police shooting deaths that have been cleared by internal investigation over the past decade is well over 50. Anything short of a street excecution will not get a cop fired. It's that carte blanche that in fact makes them so comfortable with shooting.

Show me any of my posts where I said the bolded :skip:

All I said was that it wasn't the same thing. That guy posted that pic as a response to my quote, as if to say the police shooting those innocent people was the same thing as the guy shooting those innocent people.

The difference is, nobody in here can say for certain that those cops intentionally shot at random people in a random vehicle, especially not just to be noticed and to send some kind of message to the world. That scenario isn't impossible of couse, but does it really make sense for them to randomly do that during a manhunt that's being closely watched by millions? It isn't likely. The more likely scenario is that they were careless in acting on information that the suspect was in the vehicle, and/or that those particular cops are just trigger-happy idiots who didn't know their actions in that scenario wasn't justified under the law [or didn't care]. But the point is, it wouldn't be the same as Dorner intentionally killing two innocent people.

Also, I didn't say the cops would definitely get fired; I even mentioned before in a previous post how some of them get away with using the old "he looked like he was pulling out a gun" excuse. All I meant was that by shooting at those people, they opened themselves up to that possibility [should've made that clearer]. Regardless of corruption and cover-ups, cops have been fired before as a result of situations like that. I would even wager that those cops who shot at the truck are even more likely to get something closer to the punishment they actually deserve, especially considering the nature of this whole story

These nikkas are searching during a blizzard in a place called "big bear" cabin to cabin.

Something tells me they're just making themselves look busy so people don't suspect they have no idea what they're doing. :heh:
