Im not ol' girl's attorney so Im not personally invested in defending her in totality. She could have simply showed her ID, I agree. But what Im really against is TMZ's blatant racist motivations in trying to indict black people and shame our challenges against racism w/o verification.
TMZ could have offered a video, which proved beyond a doubt she was having sex. All they showed were grainy pics of ol' girl appearing fully clothed (doesnt defeat her story), as some sort of "proof" so they could launch into their anti black bullsht about the "race card". Her overreacting and not showing ID is one thing --- but her supposedly lying and trying to fall on racial bias is a narrative TMZ is constructing out of thin air.
This story is one big meaningless pile of sht, but that said fukk those TMZ dikkheads, and the niccas who love 'em.

Who said that she was accused of prostitution? Thus far, I've only heard it from the "victim" who has already lied about 2-3 times about the situation from the jump.
According to the cops, she was observed by pedestrians engaging in "lewd" behavior. The cops looked into it, as per their training, observed nothing themselves, but asked for ID just to confirm their identities. The BF complied, she didn't and cried about it.
Race aside (which had nothing to do with it anyway), they did just as they were suppose to do.
The REALcrime here is how "Swirlers" are letting white men off the hook on this one for not wedging his "white privilege" in there to smooth things over and protect her. No one is yelling about these white men not stepping up to save their black women.
