Yeah don't see how anyone can hate Lance's WCW run with all those belts. That's the reason he got a huge pop when he kick started the Invasion angle.

Buff was right to complain, Lance Storm is incapable of drawing a nickel, though he was a good hand.

not true,..

the only time wcw was actually good and making a ramp toward sumfin different was when lance had most of the belts. Which was later used for the same angles in tna with angle and just used recently for the Seth Rollins WWE and us title dual champion runs as well.
yet lance'a actual quality was more entertaining and he played it as complete heel.

wwf is the only promotion who was such low quality they could never utilize storm effectively. As right now most of the grapplers they sign are a derivative of storm in some capacity. Or use angles storm excelled in when surrounded by principals known for actually producing quality.

The funny thing is that Lance hated that run despite it being the most entertaining he ever was on Television. You ever see him talk about it he whines and bytches about it. Its why I deleted the Lance and Cyrus podcast off my list. Dude is a weirdo.

the way how WCW was at the time, Lance Storm should have put Buff Bagwell in the move for 10 minutes after the bell ended; cut to a commercial for 1 800 Collect, then come back with Lance Storm still having the bell ringing.

real talk, that should have been the ending.

as it could have possibly created a workrate based angle for Bagwell.
bagwell had not had since the gentleman and the use of his middle stage name, Alexander.
so he could have an angle to up the rate of his profile postiivdly he lost when he became changed from Marcus Alexander Bagwell to buff Bagwell.

he had a personality.
his character was the serious shooter style heel and he played it straight.
just like an arm Anderson or any other hilly Billy based shooter guy who was serious and would always have issues in a titan based product line and promotion.
including the fact,...
he was just a stampede guy in an age where WWE was in fear of all the stampede guys in a workrate based climate and Gen. So the son-in-law feared yet another stampede guy coming in and exposing cripple ache.

people be talking and don't know WWE has tried to swallow or eliminate stampede and its legacy as a promotion and scope just like all the other promotions it would partner to steal their brain trust and play the role and and act cool with.

actually he has a positive negative to it and in full he should have issue with it.
as wcw was so inept. It could never get out of its own way with the simple good they supplied here and there. The angle was booked half heartedly good and slide down asinine trail into being booty.

There is no rant. He was just boring and he sucked. He was hard to watch and usually always has been. He DEFINITELY wasn't the man to watch during that run. Overpushed, overrated, and overpraised.

Man even his promos were on point during that time. I haven't kept up with him much outside of knowing he runs a school, but that's disappointing as a fan to hear that he hates that run so much.
