He won't be stripped of his titles. The USADA is after him, not cyclings governing body. The International Cycling Union actually AGREED with him a few weeks back that the USADA didn't even have the authority to do this.
He won't be stripped of titles with no failed drug tests. The ICU and Tour officials (even though I'm sure they'd love this shyt) won't do it, as mentioned earlier, there's no one "clean" to inherit the titles and it'd be a giant clusterfukk.
I'm inclined to believe this will just give the USADA an empty victory as they can't really do shyt to him at this point.

...Armstrong might be a cheater/douche but lets not discredit the amount of research he's funded through the live-strong foundation, dude has done tons of charity work
