He should beat Peterson rather clearly being that Peterson is not even a top 6 Junior Welterweight for real (Garcia, Matthysse, Broner, Provodnikov, Algieri, Crawford are all better than him). His biggest victory is a robbery of Khan in DC. Everyone knows Garcia beats this paper champion, so aint nobody riding with PEDerson.
That doesn't change what happened against Herrera and Theophane or the fact Garcia needs to move up if he's gonna keep fighting at 143
