those ain't permanent.... I saw Lamelo's IG story and he showed the molding. If the molding is there, that means it's a grill you can take on and off.

Only rappers I know who had permanent grills at a point were Lil Wayne, Birdman, and Young Buck. That's a permanent grill that fully replaces your teeth. There are more examples, but that's the 3 I can think of. Kanye apparently got his bottom teeth a permanent grill, which wouldn't surprise me because his bottom teeth were fake anyways since the accident. But it's a different style than Lil Wayne/Birdman.
One thing to note though is that those permanent grills can be taken out....
