Yea, i read what Bucher said. nikka scared to be the only laker notable bigman not to win a ring. In brooklyn, the standards are lower, theyll be happy just to win the division. No pressure and u get top billing.

"Dr. Buss is in a local hospital where he is being treated for dehydration. He is recovering & is expected to be released soon.”

:to: That's my owner.
Good to hear he's OK though, I don't want Jim Buss taking over anytime soon.

WOJ:

The Cleveland Cavaliers are no longer willing to be third-team facilitators for a blockbuster trade that would send Orlando Magic All-Star center Dwight Howard to the Brooklyn Nets, severely jeopardizing the Nets' ability to acquire Howard, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

The development has pushed the Magic to continue negotiating with several teams, especially two teams in the Western Conference: the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets.

But there is another potential hurdle that the Nets and Magic are fighting.

Multiple league executives told ESPN.com on Sunday that there is growing reluctance among some teams to participate in the sort of three-team deal that would get Howard to Brooklyn, amid some leaguewide dissatisfaction that the Los Angeles Lakers were able to swing a deal for Steve Nash last week.

Being the cog in creating another super team in Brooklyn, with Deron Williams and Joe Johnson already in the mix, is not palatable to some teams concerned about competitive balance.

"You can talk about the new (luxury) tax all you want, but if the Lakers get Nash and the Nets get Howard, then what did the new CBA accomplish?" one GM said. "You have to realize part of long-term planning is making sure you don't help create teams you can't beat."

If the Nets are going add a fourth --and arguably the biggest-- star to their roster this free agency signing period, it will have to go down within the next 24 to 36 hours or the opportunity is lost, likely forever. That said, "league sources" tell Fred Kerber they believe that the pieces will ultimately fall into place.

League sources said the Nets and Magic have had "good dialogue" and made progress in formulating an ultra-complicated trade scenario to bring superstar center Dwight Howard to a revamped roster in Brooklyn. Sources maintain there will be a resolution by tomorrow.

Or as Howard Beck of the Times wrote, "there was a sense of momentum Monday and a belief a deal could be completed not long after the signings moratorium ends at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday.."

That's not to say hurdles don't remain. The Cavaliers and Clippers, who would play crucial roles in accepting Kris Humphries and Marshon Brooks in return for draft picks, are reportedly uncertain, but there are indications that the Bobcats and Timberwolves may step in if they drop out. Humphries wants a multi-year deal. The Cavs are resisting. Western conference teams are the most willing to step in, Kerber reports. "You’ve got teams lining up to give a draft pick to keep Howard away from the Lakers," one rival GM told him.

Other reports have both the Lakers and Rockets still lurking at the edge of trade talks, but Howard continues to demand a trade to Brooklyn, say sources, complicating their chances
smh squads are trying to prevent us to get D12 cuhz they shook. but, its all good, Bynum is good enough and roll with him, even though he is hella inconsistent and retarted, but its whatever, I don't care if we get that Coward, but he is a scared faggit so we don't need another type of player on the LWO squad.

:snoop: nikkaz wake up in their sleep in cold sweat in fear of a rejuvenated Laker team. I can't think of another player more hated than Kobe, not even Lebron. Nikkaz had the commissioner come down off his throne to veto a trade. Nikka only got one MVP :whoo:
