nikka a 35 year old kobe is making more for LA in merchandise then all starters are doing combined. They are not trading their cash cow or the living legend away to cut back and lose more money. The only way kobe leave LA is on his terms not LA.

Yeah, Kobe isn't going anywhere.

He's still the biggest draw in the NBA and he's still an elite player in the NBA. His contract isn't the problem, he's performing to his contract. Pau, Ron, and Bynum are the ones who aren't performing to their contracts.

Lakers aren't going to let Bynum or Pau just up and leave without getting anything in return. Artest is the most likely candidate to be Amnestied.

we can just find someone else or just start Jordan Hill. He is nowhere on Pau's level, but he is all hustle on the offensive board and gives you 100% everytime he steps on that floor. Now that Otis is gone I don't know, if he were still there he'd probably do a Pau for Anderson + filler trade in a heartbeat. You'd probably end up with Anderson and the 2015 first pick in the draft if ole Otis was there.

how much are you willing to dish out for Anderson? He's an RFA. Some other team might make a better offer for him. Same with Dragic. They're becoming 2 of the more sought after guys at their positions this summer and all LA has is the MLE

You know, I don't say much about Spurs fans but you guys have gotten awfully obnoxious this year after a 5 year period of irrelevance.

Obviously when I say Gasol for a PG and athleticism and I put up a starting line up that doesn't feature the athleticism I mentioned, I'm referring to the bench. Clearly, I was thinking about trading Gasol to Houston on some type of deal that would get us Dragic with Martin off the bench. I'd rather Lowry but they won't do that. There aren't many PGs out there. I don't believe in the fairytale of getting Williams

Ryan Anderson is great for our starting 4 because he creates space.

Then you still have that option of flipping Bynum for Dwight because he's not signing in many places.

Artest played strong toward the end of the season so I don't really understand where your comes from. Obviously you know nothing about basketball rosters.
