Dwight is reportedly looking to play opening night against the Mavs. Kurt Rambis recently said he'd be shocked if Dwight wasn't ready for the start of the season. According to all reports Dwight has been making great progress and hasn't had any setbacks. He was even practicing with the team earlier today

People forget he had his surgery back in April. For the type of surgery he had the average recover time is only about 6 - 12 weeks.
