I agree except the Cavs and Celtics part, Celtics are still the best team in the NBA and honestly have done well vs Cavs despite not being healthy. Cavs will need to prove to the world if they are really about it. I hope they do because they have been great during the regular season.

The financial evaluation of the NFL pro teams speaks only to the games dominance in the USA.

yes, I understand that the game of basketball is played enormously more than American football outside of the USA
but that’s not the question here. It’s about popularity with the NBA versus the NFL
so until somebody can prove the ratings for the NBA playoffs and finals and compare those to the NFL playoffs and Super Bowl outside of America then I don’t understand how anybody can say. The NBA is more popular outside of the USA.
