I’m talking raising a kid with both parents vs one, two will ALWAYS be the better option. Having a man to help shape the personality and emotions and behavior of a child, is needed. The only thing a man can’t do is produce milk. Other than that, there is no reason why a kid NEEDS his mom but doesn’t NEED his dad.

You trying that “dad isn’t needed until” just means he’ll be that much further behind on the kid even trusting him, liking him or caring what the hell he got to say. Whole dad from day one been established and the kid been watching his actions to learn and getting an emotional connection to want to follow his lead
