I'm in shock how much people have been gassing this film up. It's been on my list for a long time. I finally saw it yesterday and it's just a decent coming of age story. Compared to Eighth Grade, which came out a year later, this is dog shyt. I get that people like Ronan and Metcalf in this but outside of them it's nothing special.

How this got 5 Oscar noms is beyond me.
