If someone is "intimidated" by someone else, generally they would stay away from them.
It seems strange that a woman would act this way and then inquire about the threadstarters' contact info.

So "intimidating" must have some alterate meaning here, because obviously ol' girl wasn't that "intimidated"
by the OP. That's why the threadstarter was a little confused about that, and sought some clarification.

People can be turned on by all sorts of things. It's not uncommon that a person can be turned on by someone who intimidates them. That doesn't take away from the definition.
