What is a girl has a pretty face and a big ass and double D's can she get away with it? :lupe:

i want to cut my hair short SO bad :noah: Its so damaged and I need to just cut it and start over. But Ive done it once before and I got alot of compliments from men and women. I had the halle berry cut.

Go for it, worst comes to worst it will never grow back but you still gonna pull with your description.:hula:

there's a difference between getting away with it and what's actually preferred. Yeah a full-figured, pretty woman can get away with it but more than likely people would prefer her to have longer hair.

lol i see you bolding that, & they do... some women have to have a face/head size ratio to pull it off.

I prefer longer hair on women, but I don't really ever think about commenting about it.

Everybody is gonna style their hair the way they want.

Like 90% of yall black and spanish dudes rocking the same skin fade for the last 22 years.

I thought I maintained it well. I wash it condition it and deep condition it. I always loose a lot of hair but doing special styling makes me loose more.i have a full hair line my edges arent jacked I just got breakage as soon as i did the protective styling. My hair is very thick and I get compliments on how healthy it looks but i was pissed when it just broke off like that. Ive been looking at youtube videos as well to help me learn how to maintain my transitioning hair. I just wish it wouldnt grow so slow. im pretty sure its what im doing within thats making it not grow like you are saying.

What you say "special Styling" what does that mean? You mentioned your hair broke when you protective styled; what kind of styles were you doing? During my last year of transitioning I only wore protective styles so I'm interested in knowing what type of styles broke your hair off.

The best tip I can give any transitioner is to adapt low maintenance hair practices! If you do have to manipulate your hair, hold your hair at the line of demarcation and comb it from the bottom up. Everyone's growth rate is different, so focus on having healthy hair and the length will come as a result.

Bantu knots twist. Although I think having my hair in a ponytail did it as well. What kind of protective styling were u doing? When I started doing the protective styling I was fooling with my hair more.
