Here's another thought. The thread asked the ladies on this board about whether we (us personally) like dark skinned men. The op did not ask whether all the women in the black community like dark skinned men.

Another thought would be why straight males are positioning themselves as the voice of women on what they find sexually attractive.

I read interesting points from both sides and i'm impartial to the topic however I found it interesting how alot of the posts were men saying 'NO YOU DON'T!' when a woman claimed that women found dark skin men attractive

Obviously you decided NOT to read the post which I responded to which stated that dark skinned black men on the street corner were not seen as a catch. Perhaps you should take issue with the gentleman who equated dark skinned men with being on the street corner since that implication was not my own.
